Classical Hahnemannian Homeopathy
Classical Hahnemannian Homeopathy is a pure form of homeopathy, based on the
approach set out by homeopathy's founder and developer, Dr Samuel Hahnemann.
It differs from other approaches to homeopathic treatment in a number of
significant ways.
-
practitioners are thoroughly trained, having completed a demanding four
year course, including a two year clinical internship.
-
treatment is always based on the application of the nine
Principles of Classical Homeopathy.
-
a very thorough initial consultation takes place. This
lasts from 2
to 3 hours and includes medical history, detailed coverage of all symptoms,
and equally important, seeks to understand you as a person.
-
a very thorough analysis is carried out of the information given.
Only after this will a remedy be given. This remedy will address the
totality of your case and will be individualized to match your personality and
unique pattern of symptoms.
-
one dose of a single remedy is given in most cases. In some cases,
liquid remedies are recommended, which can be taken daily.
-
a thorough follow up appointment takes place four to six weeks after the
initial consultation. The homeopath will assess the action of the remedy
on all aspects of your symptoms, your energy level, mood and general sense of
well being. S/he will then recommend further treatment as necessary.
-
the homeopath is committed to working with you to improve and maintain
your long term health, for as long as you wish.
