Based in the San Francisco Bay Area of Northern California, Meditation Unlimited is part of a global network of similar organizations dedicated to the quest for self-knowledge.

Dedicated to the quest for self-knowledge, Meditation Unlimited offers a proven, practical approach that enables you to discover your own true nature. A unique program allows you to start with basic techniques and progress through the higher realms of consciousness until you achieve the ultimate goal and are complete While the method is effective for self-centering, it is the energy behind it that allows your awareness to expand.

As you meditate, you can eventually realize that this essence is an integral part of yourself. The method taught by Meditation Unlimited falls into three phases. Each phase uses a different type of meditation, designed to complement one other. The meditation becomes increasingly more advanced as your awareness grows.
