program breath meditation and personal mantra are designed to help you gain insights into
your personality. |
Breath Meditation
| Focusing on the breath is a meditation technique used
among many schools of meditation. The purpose of the technique is to learn how to gaze
inward, developing an ability to look at yourself from a more neutral perspective
where thoughts and emotions are seen more clearly. Recognition of recurring patterns
or personal habits enables you to react to situations differently, and to reduce stress in
your every day life. |
Personal Mantra
| After the breath meditation is established, a personal
mantra can be assigned. The mantra, a combination of specially designated syllables, is
selected based on certain characteristics displayed by your personality. Like sound
resonating in a cave, the mantra has an acoustical effect within, aligning energies that
make up your personality. This process provides further insights into yourself and
is a significant step in preparing you for the advanced meditation on the non-personal
energies that we all have in common. |
